Based on ongoing research about Corbusier's relationship between painting and architecture- conducted through my undergraduate studies.
The drawing " Maquette pour tapisserie de la Haute-Cour de Chandigarh, 1954", by Le Corbusier was utilized as a methodology to educate. This object functions as a way to exercise principals in color, geometry, and spatial organization. This was the fundamental way Corbusier began his practice. Through painting Corbusier formulated Le Modular as a principal in spatial organization and order. This object allows for a way to engage those principals.
